Cele 90 de restaurante (\u0219ase dintre ele premiate), 30 de cabane sau restaurante montane, 35 de cluburi, baruri \u0219i pub-uri, 18 cafenele \u0219i patiserii cred c\u0103 pot satisface toate gusturile \u0219i preten\u021biile. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0103 rog, aproape toate, dar sunt convins c\u0103 acoper\u0103 \u00eentreaga palet\u0103 de gusturi \u0219i preten\u021bii ale celor care aleg s\u0103-\u0219i petreac\u0103 vacan\u021ba la Zell am See\/Kaprun\u2026 Vorbind despre m\u00e2ncare, hai s\u0103 \u00eencepem chiar de pe p\u00e2rtie. La restaurantele montane cu autoservire, precum \u0219i la cabanele cu acela\u0219i sistem de \u201c\u00eempinge tava\u201d, se aplic\u0103 rete\u021ba clasic\u0103 austriac\u0103: por\u021bii imense la un\u00a0 pre\u021b rezonabil, dar care nu sunt tocmai potrivite pentru a g\u00e2dila papilele gustative ale gurmanzilor preten\u021bio\u0219i\u2026 Po\u021bi avea, \u00eens\u0103, parte de altfel de m\u00e2ncare, tot f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 cobori de pe munte. Exist\u0103 cabane \u00een care se servesc specialit\u0103\u021bi locale ce merit\u0103 \u00eencercate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totul e s\u0103 le g\u0103si\u021bi. Aici am m\u00e2ncat excelent (nu degeaba acesta e locul \u00een care se organizeaz\u0103, anual, adev\u0103rate festivaluri gastronomice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos, \u00een Zell am See\/Kaprun \u0219i Kaprun, oferta este mult mai larg\u0103, a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t mi-ar fi greu s\u0103 numesc un restaurant anume. Oricum, am intrat doar \u00een c\u00e2teva\u2026. Pot s\u0103 v\u0103 spun c\u0103 nu am avut a m\u0103 pl\u00e2nge (din contra), oriunde am m\u00e2ncat. Spre deosebire de restaurant, \u00een povestea despre baruri \u00eemi voi permite, totu\u0219i, s\u0103 m\u0103 opresc la unul care iese \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 prin originalitate, dimensiuni \u0219i mai ales prin petrecerile cu muzic\u0103 live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De altfel, aici au loc toate petrecerile cu muzic\u0103 live din cadrul Romanian Schi Days (pentru documentare ave\u021bi un articol cu poze sugestive \u00een acest num\u0103r al revistei). Este vorba despre Baumbar (Baum \u00eenseamn\u0103 copac \u00een limba german\u0103), un local de dimensiuni generoase aflat chiar la intrarea \u00een Kaprun. Spuneam c\u0103 se distinge prin originalitate; ei bine, cl\u0103direa, destul de mare, nu are niciun schelet de rezisten\u021b\u0103 din beton sau din b\u00e2rne de lemn. \u00centreaga structur\u0103 se sprijin\u0103 pe trei arbori, adu\u0219i aici, \u00een urm\u0103 cu 22 de ani, special pentru acest scop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angie Reiter, proprietara, ne prime\u0219te cu drag \u0219i, dup\u0103 ce ne serve\u0219te cu c\u00e2te o bere, se pune pe povestit. Un incendiu a distrus \u00eens\u0103 barul \u0219i municipalitatea a refuzat s\u0103 elibereze autoriza\u021bie pentru construirea unui nou local \u00een centrul localit\u0103\u021bii, local care se anun\u021ba a fi mai mare \u0219i mai animat dec\u00e2t cel dinainte. Astfel, s-a ajuns la ideea cu trei arbori, un num\u0103r minim necesar pentru actualele dimensiuni ale cl\u0103dirii. Ideea a prins imediat \u0219i Baumbar a devenit un loc de referin\u021b\u0103 pentru petrecerile din Kaprun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u0103sfoind albumul pe care Angie ni-l aduce cu m\u00e2ndrie, vedem c\u0103 \u00een anii \u201990 aici au concertat nume precum Falco, Nino d\u2019Angelo, CC Catch sau Bad Boys Blue. Momentul de glorie al barului a fost \u00een 1993, c\u00e2nd de aici s-a transmis live, timp de 15 minute, pe MTV.\u00a0 Nu am putut \u00eens\u0103, s\u0103 nu remarc,\u00a0 printre pozele cu arti\u0219ti mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin cunoscu\u021bi, fotografii cu mari schiori, cu al\u021bi sportivi de top, chiar \u0219i cu unii campioni germani de raliuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acum, \u00een afara serilor c\u00e2nd se organizeaz\u0103 petreceri cu muzic\u0103 live \u0219i atmosfer\u0103 exploziv\u0103, Baumbar este un local lini\u0219tit, care se adreseaz\u0103 cu prec\u0103dere celor de peste 30 de ani.
